• Indigena Drilling and the IRC Trust have formed a strategic partnership to facilitate First Nations relationships with Indigena Drilling.

• Indigena and IRC Trust intend to work in the best interests of all of Indigena’s stakeholders.

• Stephen Buffalo will be elected to the board of directors of Indigena Drilling upon completion of the initial financing of Indigena.

• Crown Corp with up to $3 billion dollars investment for indigenous investment in natural resources related infrastructure

• IRC Trust is an independent investment trust of the IRC Resource Council and is involved in joint-ventures and partnerships in the resource industry
