• Indigena Drilling and the IRC Trust have formed a strategic partnership to facilitate First Nations relationships with Indigena Drilling.
• Indigena and IRC Trust intend to work in the best interests of all of Indigena’s stakeholders.
• Stephen Buffalo will be elected to the board of directors of Indigena Drilling upon completion of the initial financing of Indigena.
